Y lo cierto es que son sumamente da\u00f1inos, ya que, si la ni\u00f1a o el ni\u00f1o los escucha de forma repetida, aprende que esas emociones son \u201cmalas\u201d, por lo que las tiene que esconder hasta que se van acumulando dentro y luego explotan. Pero se expresan en forma disfrazada: pegando a otros en la escuela, temores inexplicables a la noche, conductas desafiantes, ataques de ira&#8230; Tambi\u00e9n se expresan en el cuerpo, en forma de dolores de est\u00f3mago o de cabeza, accidentes frecuentes, contracturas musculares, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4>Todo lo que sentimos es v\u00e1lido<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En definitiva, el mensaje que los adultos deber\u00edan dar a los ni\u00f1os respecto a las emociones es el siguiente:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hay emociones \u201cbuenas\u201d ni \u201cmalas\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No podemos decidir qu\u00e9 sentir y qu\u00e9 no sentir, ni dejar de hacerlo.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hay que esconder lo que uno siente.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mam\u00e1 y pap\u00e1 nunca te van a juzgar ni a criticar por lo que sientes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mam\u00e1 y pap\u00e1 van a tratar de ayudarte a poner en palabras lo que sientes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que sentimos se expresa en el cuerpo. Si estamos tristes, podemos llorar (\u00a1y despu\u00e9s hasta nos sentimos mejor!), si estamos enojados, nuestro ce\u00f1o est\u00e1 fruncido y la cara muy seria, quiz\u00e1s sentimos calor y mucha molestia. Pero algo muy distinto es hacer o decir lo que quiera. \u00a1Esta diferencia es fundamental! Ense\u00f1amos al ni\u00f1o que puede sentirse muy enojado, pero no puede ir a pegarle a pap\u00e1 o al hermano.
