Conozcamos mejor los principios de la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La alimentaci\u00f3n consciente o<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mindful eating<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una forma de comer en contacto con las sensaciones de hambre, sed o saciedad, respetando la sabidur\u00eda interna del cuerpo. Esta forma de alimentarse es innata en los ni\u00f1os. Hasta los 3-4 a\u00f1os, los ni\u00f1os comen de forma intuitiva, sabiendo cu\u00e1ndo tienen hambre y cu\u00e1ndo est\u00e1n llenos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de esta edad, la relaci\u00f3n natural con la comida puede distorsionarse por normas o por el uso de la comida como premio o castigo.
